Meet Dr. Jaime Seeman aka Dr. Fit And Fabulous
Dr. Seeman is a Board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist practicing in Omaha, Nebraska.
She is fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine and board-certified ketogenic nutrition specialist.
In addition to her medical career, Dr. Seeman was Mrs. Nebraska in 2020, appeared on NBC's Titan Games, co-owner of Upgrade PI and inspires hundreds of thousands of people on her social media channels @DoctorFitandFabulous and her podcast, Fit and Fabulous Podcast.
She is married to Ben, a former police sergeant, and has three young daughters for who she works everyday to exemplify the Hard to Kill lifestyle.
